Tanya Greenman
Tanya Gomez is a mother of four based in Minnesota and the primary caregiver for her son Aiden, who was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome at nearly four years old. What began as a years-long journey through uncertainty, advocacy, and navigating systems that weren't built for families like hers became a deep commitment to the PWS community and everyone in it. She created PWS Unfiltered because she knows firsthand how isolating this journey can be — the information gaps, the judgment, the moments where no existing resource reflected her reality. Tanya believes that every PWS family deserves a space where their full story is understood and respected, where their experience is valid exactly as it is, and where they never have to feel alone in what they're carrying. PWS Unfiltered is the space she wished had existed from the beginning.
